Cars armoured brake hoses
Brake hoses GOLDfren are products of high quality. They consist of nonstick brake line (not all competitive companies produce their hoses from this material) that bears thermal load up to 250°C.
The hose is braided with stainless fibres and is protected with transparent rubber coating, that protects the braiding from moisture and impurities that might cause funccionality decrement. In compliance with customer´s wish, it is possible to coat the brake lines with rubber coating of various colours. Thanks to the stainless braiding of high quality, hoses bear pressure up to 200 bar and obstructs so-called hoses blowing.
Our company uses only hign quality stainless end-fittings (unlike other companies that use galvanized iron) that guarantee great strength and long-standing life. The end-fittings are pressed.
The latest new from our offers is the option to use protective plastic braiding, that protects hose from possible contact with other vehicle parts. This contact might cause damage of hose rubber coating. The braiding is simply used to cover places in which the hose might get damaged. The brakeline set is drawn up as a direct replacement of mass-produced rubber hoses (in a exceptional cases, it is also necessary to modify little the brake hose clamp.
Why GOLDfren brake hoses?
- usage of our brake hoses will allow you faster usage of brake pedal and thereby faster braking effect.
- while using our brake line set in vehicles with ABS, the vibrations of pedal are eliminated and the vehicle stopping distance is significantly shortened.
- minimalize hoses wilting, better sense of braking power dosing
- their life is severalfold longer than life of mass-produced hoses
Hoses replacement:
- we recommend you to change also the brake fluid while replacing brake hoses. We reccomend using CASTROL brake fluid.
- loosen the bleed screws separately and drain the brake fluid. Pressing the pedal will help to speed it up. We recommend using our bleeding system, that sucks old fluid out.
- demount old brake hoses, compare them visually with new ones (length, end- fittings)
- mount new brake hoses
- fill the brake fluid and start bleeding system. Ideal is to start with longer track (it is mostly the rear wheel). You can do all the process by yourself if you use our bleeding system.
